Roles and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming phone calls and transfer calls to concerned departments.
- Maintain visitors records.
- Manage courier, parcel, and document handling
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at reception area.
- Support admin in basic coordination activities.
- Ensure Pantry items are properly maintain and stock
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry area.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
