- Manage inventory of equipment, devices, and related accessories.
- Maintain accurate stock records and monitored inventory levels.
- Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and installation schedules with field engineers.
- Track service tickets and ensured timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintained asset records.
- Coordinate material dispatch and receipt for project and service requirements.
