About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Pharmacy Billing & Sales Executive to join our retail pharmacy team. Whether you are an experienced professional looking to grow or a fresh graduate eager to start your career in the healthcare retail sector, we welcome you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their medical or over-the-counter (OTC) needs, and assist them promptly.
- Billing & POS: Process sales quickly and accurately using our pharmacy billing software. Handle cash, card, and digital payments.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock checking, arranging medicines on shelves, and tracking expiry dates.
- Sales & Guidance: Guide customers on general healthcare products and ensure a smooth, friendly purchasing experience.
- Compliance: Follow all safety, hygiene, and organizational guidelines during daily operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Age: Candidates must be 30 years of age or younger.
- Education: 12th Pass, Any Degree, or D.Pharm/B.Pharm (Pharmacy background is a plus, but not mandatory for billing roles).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (typing and using billing software), good communication skills, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Work Schedule
- Shifts: 8-hour shift basis (Rotational shifts may apply).
- Availability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible standard pharmacy hours.
