About the Role
WebBee is looking for a Business Analyst (L2 Product Support) to investigate customer-reported issues, troubleshoot e-commerce integrations, coordinate with Product, QA, and Development teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. This is an analytical, customer-facing role and not a live chat support position.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
- Reproduce defects using logs, APIs, configurations, and test environments.
- Differentiate product bugs from configuration or usage-related issues.
- Respond to customers through Zoho Desk with clear updates and resolutions.
- Create detailed development tasks in Zoho Projects.
- Coordinate with QA and Development teams until issue closure.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Validate API and data flows across e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate documentation and identify recurring issues for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Support, Technical Support, QA, or Application Support.
- Knowledge of e-commerce workflows (Orders, Inventory, Fulfilment, Products, Payments).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and integrations.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zoho Desk preferred).
- Familiarity with software testing concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Walmart, eBay, NetSuite, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Postman, SQL, browser developer tools, or application logs.
- Experience in SaaS products, ERP integrations, or middleware solutions.
