Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and parents.
- Assess academic profiles, career aspirations, and eligibility to recommend the most suitable online degree programs.
- Manage the complete admissions lifecycle, from lead generation and counseling to enrollment and documentation.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels professionally.
- Build trust-based relationships with students through timely follow-ups and personalized guidance.
- Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate student records, interactions, and application status using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Stay updated on university admissions, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and industry developments.
- Mentor and support junior admissions counselors by sharing product knowledge, counseling techniques, and conversion strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve counseling processes and enhance the overall student experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven expertise in admissions counseling, academic advising, or education sales within higher education or online education.
- Strong counseling, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills with the ability to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve admissions and enrollment targets in a target-driven environment.
- Sound understanding of higher education systems, online degree programs, career pathways, and university admission processes.
- Experience using CRM platforms and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Education, Business, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 0–5 years of experience in admissions counseling, education consulting, EdTech, or academic advisory roles.
- Ability to work full-time from the Noida office in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Pay: ₹18.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
