We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management Specialist to join our team for an exciting short-term engagement.
Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management Specialist (Time Off & Timesheet)
Duration: 4 Months (Initially)
Joining: ASAP
Key Requirements:
✔ Strong functional knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with Time Management (Time Off & Timesheet)
✔ Hands-on implementation and support experience in SuccessFactors Time Management
✔ Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation project
✔ Minimum 1 support project experience
✔ SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off / Time Management Certification – Mandatory
✔ Good understanding of other SuccessFactors modules
✔ Strong knowledge of Business Rules and country-specific Time Off policies
✔ Ability to support and review Time Management technical documents
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Ability to independently lead and drive EC Time Management activities
Preferred Candidate: Professionals who can work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality Time Management solutions.
