An HVAC Project Engineer oversees the end-to-end execution of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects. They bridge the gap between design and physical installation, managing budgets, timelines, and technical teams to ensure commercial or industrial systems are installed efficiently and safely.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Management: Develop project plans, establish delivery schedules, manage budgets, and oversee resource allocation.
- Site Execution & Supervision: Lead on-site installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and piping to ensure adherence to approved engineering drawings.
- Technical Coordination: Resolve MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design clashes and coordinate with architects and structural engineers.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all installations meet industry benchmarks such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and local building codes.
- Testing & Commissioning: Supervise system testing (e.g., pressure testing), air/water balancing, and final project handover to the client.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
