We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Kadavanthra | Ernakulam
KLM Assets Fin is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Ernakulam branch. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the NBFC or chit fund industry and possess excellent communication, marketing, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates residing in Ernakulam, Kadavanthra and nearby locations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through field marketing, direct customer interactions, and local promotional activities.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Identify prospective customers through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Explain chit fund schemes clearly, highlighting their features and benefits to potential clients.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage retention and business expansion.
- Support collection activities by following up on installment payments when required.
- Address customer enquiries promptly and ensure a positive service experience.
- Track local market developments and recommend opportunities to strengthen branch performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, business leads, and daily activities.
- Coordinate with branch staff to achieve business objectives and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the NBFC, chit fund, or financial services sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for business development activities.
- Basic understanding of financial products and customer service principles.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve assigned business targets.
