Facilitating Manpower planning and recruitment for the open positions at site.
Facilitating Learning & Development and the Role Based Training Matrix.
Facilitating the HR processes including PMS, OD, R&R, etc
Facilitating on boarding of all the employees
Facilitating employee engagement and communications for the site
Responsibilities:
Set the SOPs (Standard operating procedures), policies and Work Instructions for the HR processes at site
Preparing HR Budget
Adherence and compliance to HSEQEn policy and IMS.
Regular interaction with the employees at site to check pulse, handle grievance, maintaining a healthy employee relation.
Planning the trainings for all employees for complying to HSEQEn systems
Providing Human resources required for complying to HSEQEn management system
