Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Front Line Sales (FLS) professional to drive sales and business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in the insurance industry, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business through direct sales, references, leads, and market development.
- Identify potential customers and understand their insurance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable insurance products and benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and policy issuance.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers for renewals and additional business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports with the reporting manager.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in the Insurance sector is mandatory.
- Experience in life insurance/general insurance/health insurance sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience
