The Role
As an Antrapreneur, you aren't just hunting for transactional sales. You will own a defined portfolio of corporate clients, understand their operational challenges, and map them to our IT/Software solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- During Probation (Target: 1.59L): CTC: ₹5.01 LPA (In-hand: ₹31,581/month + PF + ₹5,700 target incentives).
- Post Probation (Target: 1.85L): CTC: ₹5.90 LPA (In-hand: ₹38,020/month + PF + ₹6,650 target incentives).
- Incentives: Uncapped. High performers earn an extra ₹10k–₹15k+ monthly.
- Growth: Performance-based salary appraisal every 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated set of B2B client accounts and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Learn and consult on solutions across three core domains: Tally, CRM, and Cloud.
- Focus on account engagement, software adoption, and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain a disciplined schedule of direct client meetings ("FaceTime") to drive business impact.
Requirements
- Age below 28 years.
- Strong inclination towards IT, Software, or ERP sales.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to pitch to top management.
- Laptop/Tablet is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and possesses a continuous learning mindset.
