We are looking for a versatile, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team. If you are someone who can write a compelling blog post, optimize it for search engines, design a stunning visual to accompany it, and strategize how to promote it across social media, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
In this role, you will wear multiple hats—bridging the gap between strategy, analytical SEO, compelling content creation, and eye-catching graphic design. You will have full ownership of our digital presence and play a critical role in driving brand awareness and inbound traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Write high-quality, engaging content for our blog, website, email newsletters, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, perform on-page and technical SEO optimizations, build internal links, and monitor rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to increase organic traffic.
- Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design digital assets including social media graphics, ad creatives, email templates, infographics, and website banners using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or Canva.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content aligns perfectly with our brand voice, guidelines, and core messaging.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic web traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement to continuously iterate and improve performance.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing digital marketing, content marketing, or social media in a professional setting.
- SEO Proficiency: Proven understanding of SEO best practices, keyword intent, and content optimization tools.
- Design Savvy: Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create clean, professional visual designs for digital platforms.
- Exceptional Writing: Top-tier storytelling and copy-editing skills with the ability to write for different audiences and formats.
- Design: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- SEO/Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Yoast.
- CMS & Marketing: WordPress (or similar), HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Hootsuite.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple creative projects under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
