Experience: 3-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Structural Design & Analysis:
o Develop structural designs for projects using software like STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
o Perform detailed structural analysis and ensure designs meet all safety, durability, and functionality standards.
2. Project Coordination:
o Collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to deliver optimal design solutions.
o Review and approve structural drawings and documentation.
3. Compliance & Standards:
o Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
o Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high engineering standards.
4. Technical Documentation:
o Prepare and maintain all technical documentation related to structural design.
o Generate reports, presentations, and calculations to support project approvals.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Keep up-to-date with advancements in design tools, technologies, and materials.
o Provide suggestions for improving structural efficiency and reducing costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
· Experience: 3-5 years in structural design and analysis, with a proven track record of handling diverse projects.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to solve complex structural problems with precision.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams.
· Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in design deliverables.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
