Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Executive to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, investigating incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct safety induction programs and periodic training sessions for employees and contractors.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate emergency response drills, fire safety inspections, and evacuation procedures.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies during inspections.
- Promote employee awareness through safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
- Support management in achieving organizational safety objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety or Occupational Health & Safety.
- Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or logistics safety.
- Experience in conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and compliance monitoring.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct safety training and awareness programs.
- Report writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
