Job Summary
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation and execution of modular kitchens and wardrobes at client sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and as per approved drawings. The role requires coordination between clients, designers, vendors, factory teams, and installation technicians to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and related furniture at project sites.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with designers, production, logistics, and installation teams.
- Conduct site measurements and verify readiness before installation.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues proactively.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain daily site progress reports with photographs and updates.
- Coordinate with clients regarding installation schedules and work progress.
- Ensure proper material handling and prevent damage or wastage.
- Conduct final quality inspection and snag rectification before project handover.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and site discipline.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, or interior project execution.
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, working hours 10am to 7pm and project requirements.

Pay: ₹10,139.08 - ₹30,343.10 per month
