TGI GROUP OF HOTELS
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and execution
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and quality standards
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety (FSSAI standards in India)
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen helpers
- Step in as Head Chef when required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
