Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Google Ads role based in Bengaluru. The team member will plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and other relevant networks to drive high-quality leads and enrollments. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, writing and testing ad copies, setting up campaigns and ad groups, and optimizing bids and budgets for performance and ROI. The role involves monitoring campaign metrics, generating performance reports, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven optimizations. This person will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to align messaging, landing pages, and user journeys with campaign goals, and stay updated on Google Ads best practices, tools, and policy changes.
Qualifications
- Strong Google Ads expertise, including Search, Display, Video/YouTube, and remarketing campaign management.
- Proficiency in performance marketing, PPC strategy, and conversion-focused funnel optimization.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Ability to conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign structure.
- Skill in writing and testing compelling ad copy and basic understanding of landing page best practices.
- Comfort working with data, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and interpreting CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Google Ads certification and prior experience in edtech, consumer internet, or high-growth startups are strong advantages.
