Role Overview
You will run Kaze Living’s social media presence, building a strong, engaged community around gourmet and healthy living.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily publishing across key social platforms (Instagram primarily; others as relevant).
- Build and maintain a social content calendar aligned with brand, campaigns, and category priorities.
- Coordinate and curate content from:
- Influencers and creators.
- Stores and on-ground activations.
- Internal teams (founders, chefs, nutritionists).
- Work with designer/video editor and copywriter to produce high-quality posts and reels.
- Engage with the community: respond to DMs/comments, track conversations, and share feedback with the team.
- Support retention and feedback initiatives: polls, Q&As, feedback forms, testimonials, and reviews content.
- Monitor and report on social performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth).
- Keep a pulse on trends, formats, and competitor activity; proactively suggest new content ideas.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years managing social media for consumer brands (D2C, F&B, wellness preferred).
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content best practices.
- Basic design/video editing skills are a plus.
- Excellent written communication and community management skills.
- Passion for food, health, and lifestyle content.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
