Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) with 2+ years of experience in building construction. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality construction, and completing projects within the specified timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other agencies for smooth project execution.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.
- Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Mandatory Requirements
- B.E. Civil (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Building Construction.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building construction.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple agencies, contractors, and vendors.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of RCC work, finishing work, and construction methodologies.
- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
