Job Description
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, modern and conversion-focused digital experiences across eCommerce websites, mobile interfaces and internal applications.
You will work closely with developers, marketing teams and business stakeholders to improve customer experience, user journeys and online conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern and conversion-focused user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Improve website navigation, checkout flows and product discovery.
- Design Shopify store enhancements and landing pages.
- Create reusable design systems and UI component libraries.
- Analyse customer behaviour and improve user journeys.
- Collaborate with developers for accurate implementation of designs.
- Create high-converting product pages and campaign pages.
- Maintain consistent UI and brand standards across digital touchpoints.
Required Skills
- Figma – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Wireframing and interactive prototyping
- Responsive web and mobile design
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Design systems and component-based design
- Typography, colour theory, spacing and visual hierarchy
- eCommerce website design experience
- Understanding of user journeys and usability principles
- Basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Preferred Skills
- Shopify experience
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with eCommerce or consumer-facing digital products
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI or related field
- 1–3 years of professional UI/UX Design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects
- Strong problem-solving and user-first approach
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹11,238.35 - ₹25,000.00 per month
