Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for Sales roles within the organization.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR rounds, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ensure timely follow-ups for offer closures.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months-1 year experience in recruitment (EdTech or Sales hiring preferred).
- Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
