- Handling customer inquiries, making and managing travel bookings for flights, and other transportation, and issuing tickets. Key responsibilities include using reservation systems, resolving issues, managing cancellations and refunds, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, along with proficiency in booking software and office applications
