Full job description
- It's ARC WELDING AND CO2 WELDING WITH GAS CUTTING
- Interpret Drawings/Blueprints: Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches, or CAD files.
- Material Preparation: Measure and mark cutting lines on material using measuring tools.
- Cutting & Shaping: Use machines such as shears, saws, grinders, and torches to cut and shape materials.
- Assembly Work: Align and fit metal parts using hand tools and machines (e.g., drill presses, press brakes).
- Welding & Joining: Tack welding to hold components before full welding.
- Quality Checks: Inspect fabricated components for accuracy, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Tool Maintenance: Maintain fabrication tools, machinery, and workspace cleanliness.
- Perform welding and fabrication components.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Fabricate and assemble machine frames, supports, and structural parts.
- Ensure welding quality and proper finishing as per company standards.
- Operate welding machines, cutting tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment safely.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures for defects.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical teams during machine assembly.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
