Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to keep InstaSafe's Zoho CRM accurate, organized, and reliable. You will handle day-to-day data entry, record maintenance, and data cleanup, generate basic reports, and support the sales and operations teams with CRM queries. This is an ideal entry point for an early-career professional who is meticulous, dependable, and eager to grow into a broader RevOps or Sales Operations career.
Nature of the role: This is a hands-on data and administration role. It does not carry a sales quota — success is measured by CRM data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Data Entry & Maintenance
- Perform accurate, timely data entry and updates in Zoho CRM across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
- Create and maintain records, ensuring required fields, stages, and next steps are complete and consistent.
- Run routine data cleanup, deduplication, and standardization to maintain a high-quality database.
- Manage list imports and exports and basic data enrichment.
Reporting & Support
- Generate and distribute basic CRM reports and dashboards (Zoho Analytics / Google Sheets) as requested.
- Provide first-line support to the sales team on CRM data and basic how-to questions.
- Support user setup, access requests, and simple workflow updates under guidance.
Process & Coordination
- Maintain CRM data-entry guidelines and documentation, and help enforce data-hygiene standards.
- Support marketing list management in Zoho Campaigns and coordinate with sales ops on bulk updates.
- Flag data issues, duplicates, and process gaps to the Sales/Revenue Operations Lead.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent experience), based in Bangalore or Bhubaneswar .
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM data entry/administration, sales/operations support, back-office operations, or a similar detail-oriented role.
- Comfort working with a CRM (Zoho CRM preferred) and strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency when handling large volumes of data.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication and a reliable, ownership-driven attitude.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines and SaaS sales processes.
- Awareness of, and comfort using, AI productivity tools (e.g., Google Gemini) to speed up data and reporting tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a Sales Operations / RevOps career; exposure to cybersecurity or enterprise software is a plus.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
