Job Description
We are looking for a creative and growth-focused Social Media Manager to lead the content and marketing efforts for The Connect Klub.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram growth, content creation, community building, and digital marketing. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content that drives awareness, engagement, event registrations, and membership growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow The Connect Klub's Instagram presence
- Create and execute monthly content calendars
- Plan and write content for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and photographers for content production
- Cover events and turn them into engaging social media content
- Drive audience engagement and community growth
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and community communication
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Stay updated with social media trends and industry insights
- Work closely with the founder on brand-building initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content marketing
- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts
- Strong content writing and communication skills
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and content strategy
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns independently
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and email marketing will be an added advantage
- Passion for content, marketing, events, and community building
