Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial projects.
* Conduct site visits and deliver effective client presentations.
* Convert inquiries into successful sales through regular follow-ups.
* Build strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records.
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
