Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Sales Executive to engage with potential clients through manual calling. The role focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers—without strict targets or pressure. The company provides a mobile phone and calling support.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients using the company-provided mobile phone
Clearly explain products/services and address customer queries
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
Identify potential leads and opportunities during conversations
Convert interested prospects into customers through effective communication
Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and conversions
Follow up with interested clients when required
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
No strict targets, but willingness to contribute to business growth
