Job Summary
Alexa Healthcare is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Revenue Manager / Senior Executive – Revenue Management to oversee and drive the organization's revenue performance. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of revenue targets by coordinating with all departments involved in revenue generation, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying revenue gaps, and providing timely reports and insights to the management team.
This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to ensure accountability across departments to maximize organizational revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of achieving and maintaining the organization's revenue targets.
- Coordinate with all departments involved in revenue generation, including clinical, operations, marketing, finance, billing, and business development teams.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance against predefined targets.
- Analyze revenue trends and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Track departmental performance related to revenue generation and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Prepare and present periodic revenue reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure timely collection and consolidation of revenue-related data from various departments.
- Work closely with department heads to resolve operational issues affecting revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key revenue metrics and ensure compliance with organizational policies and reporting standards.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning related to revenue growth.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to revenue management and business performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
Preferred Qualification:
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Experience in revenue management, operations, finance, hospital administration, or business analytics is preferred.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry will be considered a significant advantage.
