Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented who will be responsible for guiding prospective students, converting leads into enrollments, and supporting the admissions process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for education and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential students and parents from provided lead databases.
- Explain course details including fees, duration, eligibility, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions in CRM / Google Sheets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding process.
- Provide proper guidance and counselling to students based on their career goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduation (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in education counselling / sales will be an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
