Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Officer Cum Telecaller to join our General Insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and converting prospects into customers through effective telephonic sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain General Insurance products such as Motor, Health, Travel, and Commercial Insurance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for policy issuance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or insurance sales.
- Experience in General Insurance sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
