6. Responsible for reviewing of all enquires and contracts including order amendments.
7. Manage sales operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies of the company
8. Implement sales and marketing strategies for identifying new business opportunities and enhancing the market share.
9. Increase overall revenue and profitability.
10. Responsible for negotiation of prices with the customers
11. Responsible for NDA, Bank guarantee and MOUs.
12. Responsible for handling customer complaints and closing them effectively.
13. Coordinate and manage companies involvement in trade shows, industry associations, vendors etc. for customer reach.
14. Analyze market trends & consumer behavior and develop business strategies & action plans.
15. Responsible for timely collection of payments.
16. Implementation of AS -Certification.
17. Responsible for quotation making.
18. Target direct export orders.
19. E-tender submitting.
20. Often visit to customer site/portal to check E-tenders.
21. Data & Document Control, MIS & Reporting.
