Job Title: IE cum Production Manager – Shirts

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IE cum Production Manager (Shirts) to lead our shirt manufacturing unit. The role involves managing production operations and implementing industrial engineering practices to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily shirt production to meet delivery and quality targets.
- Conduct time & motion studies, prepare SMV, and optimize line layout and balancing.
- Improve production efficiency through lean manufacturing and process improvements.
- Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality departments for smooth workflow.
- Track and analyze daily production, efficiency, and DHU reports.
- Manage manpower planning, operator training, and skill development.
- Ensure cost control, minimal wastage, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Support continuous improvement in quality, output, and delivery performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Textile or Garment Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in shirt manufacturing (woven shirts preferred).
- Strong knowledge of IE tools, line balancing, and production systems.
- Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting tools.
