We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Admission Head to lead student admissions, parent counselling, and enrolment growth.
Role Overview
The Admission Head will be responsible for managing the complete admission cycle—from inquiry handling and counselling to conversion, enrolment coordination, and relationship management. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, organization, and the ability to meet admission targets ethically and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the school admissions process for new student enrollments.
- Respond to admission inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and school events.
- Counsel parents and students on curriculum, facilities, fees, transportation, hostel (if applicable), and school policies.
- Conduct campus tours and admission presentations.
- Maintain inquiry databases, follow-up schedules, and admission records accurately.
- Coordinate with academic, transport, accounts, and administration teams to complete enrollment formalities.
- Track admission pipeline metrics such as inquiries, visits, applications, conversions, and enrollments.
- Support marketing and outreach activities including school events, seminars, open houses, and community engagement programs.
- Ensure a positive parent experience and timely communication throughout the admission journey.
- Prepare periodic admission reports for management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in school admissions, education counseling, customer relations, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bengali/Hindi (preferred).
- Confident counseling and presentation skills.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM or lead-management tools.
- Strong follow-up discipline, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on admission targets while maintaining a parent-first approach.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a school, coaching institute, education startup, or student counseling environment.
- Experience handling admission targets, parent meetings, and event-based lead generation.
Compensation & Incentives
- Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month.
- Performance-linked incentive may be offered for meeting enrolment targets and admission quality benchmarks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
