We are seeking a highly experienced Manager Operations with deep expertise in the Plastic Industry to lead manufacturing excellence and drive plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end plastic manufacturing operations
- Oversee Machine Installation & Production Setup
- Manage Injection Moulding, Extrusion & Blow Moulding processes
- Drive Production Optimization & High Productivity
- Ensure strong Quality Control systems (QA, HACCP, ISO, BRC)
- Implement TPM, Fire Safety & compliance standards
- Develop high-performing plant teams
- Plant breakdown management, maintenance, production optimization, manpower handling etc
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years experience in Plastic Industry (mandatory)
- Hands-on expertise in Plastic Injection Moulding & Extrusion Blow Moulding
- Strong background in Packaging Technology & Process Development
- Experience in Machine Installation, QA Systems & Plant Optimization
- Proven leadership in driving team performance & operational excellence
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
