- Handle day-to-day office administration.
- Maintain quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and project records.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with factory staff regarding production and material requirements.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Follow up with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
- Assist with billing, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
- Own two-wheeler preferred
