- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with designing and configuring integration flows to connect diverse business applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based integration platforms and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management and event-driven architecture concepts.
- Knowledge of security protocols and data governance in integration scenarios.
