About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Styling Executive to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end styling across Zouk's product shoots, campaigns, and content - from developing mood boards and styling decks to on-set execution. You will work closely with the photography, marketing, and product teams to ensure our visual output is consistently on-brand, aspirational, and commercially compelling.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing Shoots
- Execute end-to-end product shoots, ensuring high-quality output and visual consistency aligned with the brand
- Define shoot angles and compositions; coordinate with stakeholders for timely approvals
- Lead prop sourcing aligned with shoot concepts, managing vendor coordination, negotiations, and on-set readiness
- Drive cross-functional coordination across photography, catalogue, and product teams
- Manage image selection and final approval processes
Stylized BAU & New Product Development (NPD)
- Develop comprehensive styling decks for BAU and NPD shoots, including art referencing and prop curation
- Source garments and accessories in line with styling briefs, ensuring availability, fit, and quality
- Manage on-day shoot handling including dressman and spot team coordination
- Coordinate model bookings, availability, and call times in alignment with shoot schedules
- Handle HMU (hair & makeup) planning — artist bookings, timelines, and on-set readiness
- Manage studio bookings and setup coordination
- Oversee budget advances, expense tracking, and reconciliation with the finance team
D2C Campaigns & Social Media
- Develop end-to-end styling decks for D2C campaigns and social media content
- Lead prop and garment sourcing aligned with campaign concepts and creative direction
- Curate props and visual elements that enhance storytelling
- Coordinate with external logistics and styling execution teams to meet creative and operational goals
Celebrity Shoots & Collaborations
- Develop styling decks for celebrity campaigns and shoots
- Lead sourcing of garments and props aligned with creative direction
- Coordinate with external styling and production teams to deliver high-quality outputs within timelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in product styling, fashion styling, or a related creative role
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, styling principles, and brand aesthetics
- Experience developing mood boards, styling decks, and art references
- Hands-on experience managing props, garments, accessories, and vendor sourcing
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end shoot logistics — models, HMU, studios, and on-set coordination
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Budget management and finance coordination experience is a plus
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
