Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) for smooth execution
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-driven with a proven track record (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
