We grow together.About the Role: We are looking for a sharp, organised, and people-smart HR Executive who will own our entire people function — from posting jobs and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. .What You Will Do:- Own end-to-end recruitment: post jobs, screen applications, coordinate interviews- Maintain candidate logs and hiring trackers- Handle onboarding for every new hire- Maintain the HR Policy and Employee Handbook- Proactively flag people issues and policy gapsRequirements:- 1-3 years of HR/recruitment experience- Strong communication skills- Organised and detail-oriented- Google Workspace and job portal experience- Delhi NCR based (on-site)- candidates strongly preferredWhat You Get:- Rs. 3-6 LPA + performance bonus- Direct mentorship from CEO- Build HR from the ground up- Fast growth for top performers
