POSITION: CRM
Department: MDO ( MD OFFICR)
Industry: Manufacturing - Plastic Molding – Automotive Components for OEM & Appliances
Salary: CTC ₹22000 to ₹40,000 PM ( depending on knowledge, experience, qualification)
Experience: 3–5 Years Relevant
Location: Gurgaon (Narsingpur)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline) / MBA Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM clients and other Customers
- Knowledge of Documents related to Export
- Knowledge of freight calculation and knowledge
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for order status
- Track order execution, delivery schedules, and commitments
- Prepare and share MIS reports, customer updates, and documentation
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations
- Support in new development coordination and project tracking
- Maintain proper records of communication and transactions

Knowledge of the automotive/OEM industry is preferred.What We Offer

- Strong Working knowledge of MS Office esp Excel, word, PPT, emails and preparing reposts and MIS Ability to work in Google Drive (Docs and Sheets)
