Role & responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day CT and MRI operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimum utilization of equipment and resources.
- Supervise and lead radiographers/technologists, including duty roster, attendance, performance, and manpower planning.
- Ensure all CT/MRI procedures follow approved protocols, clinical standards, and patient-safety guidelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with CT/MRI safety, radiation safety, AERB, NABH, and hospital policies.
- Monitor image quality, repeat scans, turnaround time (TAT), patient waiting time, and departmental KPIs.
- Coordinate with radiologists, clinicians, nursing, front office, billing, and other departments for efficient patient care.
- Oversee equipment performance, preventive maintenance, breakdown management, and vendor coordination.
- Manage contrast-media protocols, patient screening, emergency preparedness, infection control, and safety procedures.
- Conduct staff training, competency assessments, quality audits, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and review MIS/KPI reports, inventory requirements, operational budgets, and cost-control measures to improve department efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Radiology or Medical Imaging Technology or equivalent.
- Relevant certification/registration as required by applicable regulations.
- 4-5 years of experience in CT/MRI, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of CT and MRI procedures, protocols, safety standards, and quality control.
- Experience handling high-volume diagnostic imaging operations.
- Good knowledge of hospital workflows, patient safety, and quality-management systems.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
