We are looking for an Healthcare Sales Manager to build partnerships with cardiologists and hospitals, generate patient leads, and drive business growth for our digital health programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with cardiologists and explain the company’s healthcare programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and doctors.
- Generate patient referrals through doctor and hospital partnerships.
- Support patient onboarding and conversions through Patient Counsellors.
- Manage and guide the Patient Counsellor team.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner hospitals and doctors.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth coordination.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, hospital, or medical sales.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in team handling/people management preferred.
- Comfortable with presentations, demos, and doctor engagement.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area.
Experience - 2 - 4 Years
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
