We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil and construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, site coordination, budget management, quality assurance, safety compliance, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery within schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end construction project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Prepare project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of project management experience in civil/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting, and contract management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
