URGENT HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR (INTERIOR)

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor with interior project experience to manage day-to-day site activities and execution work. Candidates with an interior fit-out, renovation, or execution background will be preferred.
The candidate should have practical knowledge of site coordination, contractor handling, material management, and quality supervision to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily interior site activities and execution work
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and designers
- Monitor carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and furniture installation work
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and site requirements
- Handle site-related issues and maintain smooth workflow
- Track material usage, deliveries, and site requirements
- Maintain quality standards and finishing during execution
- Prepare daily site updates and coordinate project progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision
- Interior execution/site experience preferred
- Basic understanding of interior drawings and measurements
- Ability to handle labor teams and vendors efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of site execution and finishing work
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Residential and commercial interior project experience
- Knowledge of BOQ and material estimation
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month
(Depends on experience and interview performance)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
