Position: Electrical Planning Engineer
PLACE OF POSTING: Bangalore
REPORTS TO: Head - Projects / Engineering
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university.
Additional certifications in project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project) will be an added advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE (Industry, Area of experience, Years of Experience)
6 to 10 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry.
Hands-on experience in electrical planning, execution support, and coordination for commercial and residential projects.
Exposure to high-rise buildings, township projects, malls, or mixed-use developments is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed electrical project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery of electrical works.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays or risks, and propose corrective actions.
- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Track material requirements, procurement schedules, and site readiness for electrical installations.
- Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory norms.
- Support cost control and resource planning activities related to electrical works.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
