Job Title: Pharma Calling Agent
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Pharma Calling Agent who has prior experience working in a pharmaceutical company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting distributors to promote our products and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call distributors to introduce company products
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure order closures
- Maintain daily call reports and database
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a pharma company (calling/sales role)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Comfortable with calling targets and follow-ups
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in distributor handling
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Marg CRM or Excel
Experience Required:
- At least 1 year in Pharma sales (mandatory)
