Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for engineering and construction projects. The candidate should have expertise in project scheduling tools, resource planning, progress tracking, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources.
- Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and documentation.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- 3–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, reporting, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
