Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience to oversee both digital marketing and software development projects. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, ensure timely delivery, and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage software development and digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Create project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide project status updates.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
Software Development
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, testers, and clients throughout the development lifecycle.
- Track bug fixes, feature development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation.
Digital Marketing
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time.
- Work with content creators and designers to execute marketing strategies.
- Review campaign reports and suggest improvements based on performance metrics.
Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Gather project requirements and communicate updates regularly.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and ensure action items are followed up.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and project delivery.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Marketing, or Software Development.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Scrum, Agile) is an added advantage.
- Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus.
