Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, preferably in healthcare IT projects.
- Exposure to hospital workflows, HIS, EMR, or healthcare applications preferred.
- Good understanding of requirement documentation and testing support processes.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and map business processes.
- Basic knowledge of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, or similar tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a project environment.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn healthcare systems deeply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hospital implementation projects or healthcare operations.
- Exposure to UAT, data migration support, and go-live activities.
- Certification or training in business analysis is an advantage.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and digital health systems preferred.
