Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure tables are set properly with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Check on customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as necessary.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after customers leave.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and workstations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.
Waiter Requirements:
- Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
- Flexible work hours.
- Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.
Experience: 0-3 years experience
